Registration & Refunds policy
General
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of training courses offered by PM ProSkills ("Company") in North America. By enrolling in a course, participants ("Participants") agree to comply with these Terms.
Course Registration and Payment
Registration is confirmed only upon full payment of course fees. Payment must be completed before the course start date.
All fees are listed in USD or CAD and are subject to applicable taxes.
Payment methods accepted include credit cards, debit cards, and electronic transfers.
Discounts, if offered, must be applied at the time of registration and cannot be retroactively applied.
Attendance and Participation
Participants are responsible for ensuring they have the required technology, including a stable internet connection, for virtual instructor-led courses.
Attendance is mandatory to receive course completion certificates and Professional Development Units (PDUs).
Disruptive behavior or failure to comply with course guidelines may result in removal from the course without a refund.
Intellectual Property
All course materials, including but not limited to presentations, handouts, and digital content, are the intellectual property of the Company and are protected by copyright laws.
Participants may use course materials solely for personal educational purposes. Reproduction, distribution, or resale of materials is strictly prohibited.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Participants may cancel their registration by providing written notice to the Company. In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by e-mail admin@pm-proskills.com.
Refunds will be issued as follows:
100% refund for cancellations made at least 20 business days before the course start date.
50% refund for cancellations made 10 business days before the course start date.
No refund for cancellations made less than 5 business days before the course start date.
The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to insufficient enrollment, instructor availability, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, Participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future course.
We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the notice for cancellation. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
